You decide when items under each category will become an exception, when it is reported to officers and departments, if the customer gets a letter (series), and the letter content. Some categories do not require borrower letters, such as inventory inspections, an upcoming UCC expiration, or a Deposit Solicitation call. These kinds of differences are efficiently set up, and may be tweaked by you to achieve maximum results.
All of the management criteria is carefully and quickly set up so end users may simply tell the truth for each document or event entered into I-Trak.
An imaging dimension is available, or we can integrate with your current imaging technology, to click to the document folder for every loan or customer on the system.
Routine exception reports and letters are generated at the appointed time. Or, you may request letters and reports for any subset of loans and customers. All report or letter queries can be stored for future reproduction, and are available in an Excel format. I-Trak's report writer has several default reports and allows you to add report templates to vary content and totals to your exact needs.
Your database may be updated daily from your core system to include new loans, new customers, refreshing of common data fields and paid-outs.
You may have as many users accessing the data as you want. The system is securely accessible through the Internet, which is terrific for remote locations.
